2009 Bujinkan Theme

Hatsumi Sensei said there is "No theme for 2009". He added, “All of you should practice Ken (sword) much more, because you are not very good in comparison to your Taijutsu.”

Soke talked about 3 things, which are important for a martial artist. These 3 things may be thought of as a kind of 'Sanshin'. He said, “These things are going to become a bit of a theme for next year.”

They are:
1) Sainou (Ability/talent)
2) Kokoro (Heart)
3) Utsuwa (Capacity)
Please see http://tazziedevil.wordpress.com/nyoroku-kokoro-utsuwa/ for more info on the subject.

We will also include information from other dojos to promote networking between true Budoka. These pictures are of the dojo.

Our purpose as a dojo is to train and study Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu. We have no contracts to sign. We are not a sport. We do not spar or train for point fighting. We train for real life situations.
If by chance, you might want to contact us, we would be more than happy to respond. You can email us, or better yet, stop by the Goshin Budo Dojo.
